Align and Flow is a combination hatha-vinyasa class that is not only rewarding to your body; it also nourishes your heart and mind with uplifting themes that are carefully crafted into each sequence.  Emphasis is on building endurance and applying precise alignment as you move.  

Gentle Yin Yoga targets connective tissue, joints of the body, and lengthening of muscles while offering an opportunity for meditation and contemplation. This class is gentle yet intense, helping to release tension and to practice being present in the moment. Yin yoga is a beneficial complement to the more muscularly strenuous styles of yoga.


Yin/Restorative Yoga is a combination class that targets connective tissue, joints of the body, and lengthening of muscles while offering an opportunity for meditation and deep relaxation. This class allows students to practice increased inner awareness and enhancing mind/body connection.  It is a beneficial complement to the more active styles of yoga. 

Yoga Essentials is for students new to yoga, beginning again, recovering from an injury, or wanting to refine their practice.  Yoga Essentials offers posture sequences for building strength and flexibility, as well as exploring body and mind awareness.  Students are introduced to the use of props, the therapeutic values of yoga, safe physical alignment, and the practice of movement with breath.
